Since 28 May 2016, more than 1 million people have followed my views on LinkedIn, and more than 13,000 follow me every day. My audience is mainly HR profiles and lawyers.
Education: BTS in SME Management Assistance, then a Bachelor’s degree (LICENCE) in Management and Sales Management, HR option
Passions: Anything to do with art in general, namely music, cinema, dance and shows (theatre, standup, musicals, etc.)
Roles:
I started out in pure recruitment for 3 and a half years at 2 different companies (an employment agency and a recruitment firm).
Then I quickly wanted to move into in-house HR.
I held several HR Officer positions for 5 years before becoming an HR Manager.
I have now been an HR Manager for 4 years.
Altogether, that adds up to more than 10 years of experience in HR.
Through my career, I have worked at several companies in different sectors.
So I have worked with several collective agreements, on single sites and across multiple sites, with different company cultures.
I think people follow me for my HR 2.0 side.
I try to dust off the old-school image of HR while staying caring and being less consensual than most HR people.
I try to post 2 times a week to keep a decent reach and stay close to my community. What sets me apart is my good mood. I’m always ready to learn from others and keen to take part in HR events, which helps me follow best practices and stay up to date in my own profession!
None. But I like the mindset of Nelson Mandela’s: "I never lose. I either win or I learn."
I just try to be a better person every day. An epicurean at heart, I enjoy life because it’s short and I don’t want to regret anything.
