Since early 2024, my views on LinkedIn have drawn more than 3 million views, and more than 61,000 followers follow me every day. My audience is mostly employment law specialists, lawyers, executives, HR Directors and payroll managers.
Education: Master I in Employment Law and Master II in Private and Public Law Procedures
Passion: writing, cinema (only with popcorn), Nordic walking (with a partner or a podcast) and Newfoundland dogs.
Professions: Employment law specialist, employment law writer and content creator.
I am an expert in French social law, which covers employment law, HR and social protection law. People follow me for the legal side of my posts. I keep a close eye on the news, so I know how to link current events to the applicable law. When everyone was talking about quiet quitting, my posts on overtime and the duty of loyalty were widely followed.
I post 3 to 4 times a week on frequently asked questions about employment law and social protection. I have 2 approaches: either I take an employment law myth, explain it (usually by taking it apart point by point) and set out the real legal rule; or I take a current topic and develop it with precision and rigour, but with humour… What sets me apart is my ability to explain a technical employment law rule in simple terms: you can be understood by everyone while staying precise and legally sound. I use a visual to grab attention, sum up the topic or make people laugh.
