My professional life didn’t start like everyone else’s, after a conventional master’s degree…
At 8, I was trading Pokemon cards, and at 12 I moved on to doing the same with surfboards. I turned it into a profession by becoming a freelance digital marketing and growth consultant at 18, and kept going until I earned my work-study Master’s degree. Freelancing, studying and work-study weren’t my only activities. I also set up e-commerce sites, a freelance collective and a platform that helps students find a job for free: Getjob.fr when you love what you do, you don’t count the hours! ;)
My current expertise comes mainly from recruitment, sourcing and B2B Growth. When I finished my studies, I became a recruiter so I could give better advice through Getjob.fr. That only lasted a while, because I went back to Growth for a SaaS software company aimed at recruiters. As an HRtech and EdTech expert, I am passionate about projects that have a positive impact on society.
On LinkedIn, I play the transparency card, as in my Tuesday series #MaVieRemote, where I share tips on flexworking along with advice for recruiters and HR teams to be more efficient day to day. Always with an offbeat, humorous and unconventional tone, of course.
