Since early 2020, when I started writing content regularly, more than 7,238,058 people have followed my views on LinkedIn. More than 15,000 follow me every day and more than 4,700 read my weekly newsletter on Human Resources. My audience is mostly recruiters and hiring managers, HR specialists, authors and writers, company founders and CEOs/presidents.

I now have nearly 20 years of experience in recruitment and employer brand promotion, mainly in consulting firms and IT services companies (ESN), but I also spent 3 years in local government to open myself up to other horizons.
Recruitment is the common thread of my career. Always has been. I have never stopped doing it, training and keeping up with the subject, so I can get as close as possible to fair, objective and efficient recruitment.
Why does my community follow me?!? I suppose it's because I share news from my industry with my personal take, backed by plenty of figures and emojis! I also regularly share my favourite books, plays and training courses related to HR and management.
â
I post 4 to 5 times a week, plus my weekly Saturday morning newsletter, on recruitment and more broadly on HR (onboarding, offboarding, preventing psychosocial risks), major changes in employment law, and management.
I favour the written format and sharing analyses of studies, surveys and barometers in my field, highlighting significant and, I hope, enlightening figures.
I like to offer content that makes people think about current practices in my industry and, more broadly, about how the world of work is changing, while trying to avoid political correctness and the overly conventional. I want to raise my community's awareness of topics close to my heart (fighting discrimination, preventing psychosocial risks, rolling out structured interviewsâŠ) to help, in my own small way, move things forward đȘ!
I can also take part in other formats from time to time (hosting LinkedIn Lives, hosting podcasts, speaking at conferencesâŠ).

My favourite quote for more than 20 years now: âImpose your chance, hold tight to your happiness and go toward your risk. Looking at you, they will get used to it.â. by RenĂ© Char
