Ayming needed to strengthen its visibility and thought leadership in the HR space, particularly among senior HR professionals such as HR directors and employee relations managers. The challenge was to create a stronger and more engaging content presence around key HR topics like employee experience, absenteeism, quality of work life, and psychosocial risks. Existing communication lacked a unifying narrative that could position Ayming as a leading voice in HR conversations. This led to the creation of a branded podcast designed to make these topics more accessible, structured, and engaging on LinkedIn.
We created a branded B2B podcast series, “La Voix des RH,” focused on key HR challenges and insights. The format was designed to combine expert-led discussions with strong LinkedIn distribution powered by two leading B2B influencers. Each episode tackled a specific HR topic, turning complex subjects into clear and engaging conversations for decision-makers. The strategy aimed to position Ayming as a reference voice in HR while driving reach, engagement, and credibility through influencer amplification.
